Key Account & Customer Management

Build strong relationships with key customers, integrators, consultants, and distributors.

Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms within company guidelines.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through technical-commercial coordination and timely issue resolution.
Channel & Distributor Management

Appoint, manage, and develop distributors and channel partners in the region.

Monitor distributor performance, inventory, credit control, and market coverage.

Strengthen route-to-market effectiveness and ensure compliance with company policies.
Team Leadership & Development

Lead, coach, and develop Sales Leads in the geography

Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance reviews for the sales team.

Build a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture.
Market Intelligence & Strategy

Track market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer preferences.

Provide regular market feedback and business insights to management.
