Job Summary
We are looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Receptionist cum Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome while delivering excellent customer service. This role requires outstanding communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi, along with the ability to manage front office operations and build strong customer relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Reception
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Handle walk-in inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and visitor records.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM or company databases accurately.
- Support customer retention and enhance customer satisfaction.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily reports and documentation.
- Handle basic office administration tasks, including filing and record keeping.
- Coordinate courier services, incoming and outgoing mail, and office correspondence.
- Assist management with administrative and operational support as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi (mandatory).
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Fluent in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
- Confident in interacting with customers both in person and over the phone.
