We are looking for freshers to join our manufacturing unit in Kamrej, Surat as VMC and CNC Operator Trainees. Complete hands-on training on machine operation, setting, and basic adjustments will be provided by senior engineers. Key Responsibilities: • Learn and handle CNC / VMC machine operations. • Load and unload raw materials/components onto the machine fixtures. • Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers). • Maintain basic machine cleanliness and shop floor safety. Qualifications & Skills: • ITI Pass out in Machinist, Turner, or Fitter trade OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. • Freshers are fully welcome (No prior VMC experience needed). • Quick learner with an interest in manufacturing. Salary & Benefits: • First 3 Months (Training Period): ₹16,000 to ₹18,000 per month stipend. • After 3 Months (Permanent Position): ₹20,000+ per month based on training performance.
