About The Role:
- Leading a team of 5-6 graphic designers to manage design projects in branding & packaging design
- You will be the bridge between the design delivery team & the client. This means leading the project along with its expectations, deliverables, timelines & quality check ensuring that client achieves A+ design output on every projects.
- Troubleshoot problems within the design team including bandwidth management, client grievances, timeline mapping, etc. using critical thinking & communication skills
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
