About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching static graphics, promotional materials, and engaging video content across our digital channels, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate has hands-on proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro, with a strong eye for typography, color theory, visual storytelling, and video pacing.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Create static graphics, social media posts, promotional banners, digital ads, and branded collateral using Adobe Photoshop.
- Video Editing: Edit raw video footage into polished short-form (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Visual Enhancement: Add text overlays, audio cuts, sound effects, basic transitions, color correction, and photo retouching to elevate visual quality.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines across all visual and motion media to ensure a cohesive visual identity.
- Collaboration: Work alongside marketing and creative team members to translate concepts into impactful visual campaigns.
- File Management: Organize raw assets, project files, and final exports following proper naming conventions and storage workflows.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Software Expertise: Proven hands-on experience using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design work (Photoshop) and video editing projects (Premiere Pro).
- Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of typography, layout design, color grading, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required): Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or After Effects is a plus.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
