Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle incoming calls and provide information about product.
Follow up on leads and maintain a record of interactions.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and forward calls as necessary.
Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office.
Handle mail and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telecalling or customer service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using office software (e.g., MS Office)
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
