Position Title: Head Accountant Department: Accounts & Finance Reports To: Director Location: Nityanand Rehabilitation Center
Position Summary: The Head Accountant is responsible for overseeing all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and financial control activities of the organization. The role ensures accurate maintenance of financial records, timely reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective financial management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts.
2. Supervise daily accounting operations and accounting staff.
3. Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and fund utilization.
4. Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions.
5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
6. Monitor income, expenses, and profitability of the institution.
Note: Preference will be given to candidates having previous accounting experience in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, healthcare institutions, medical colleges, nursing homes, or similar organizations.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
