About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes brand-building-not just someone who “handles social media.” This role is at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution. You’ll shape the way FemiSafe shows up across PR, social media, and campaigns, while leading a young team of 5 (designer, editor,social media executive,interns) to execute bold, clutter-breaking ideas.
Key Responsibilities
-Brand & Creative Strategy
- Build and evolve FemiSafe's brand identity, tone of voice, and storytelling across all channels.
- Conceptualize and execute 360° campaigns (digital, influencer, PR, activations) to drive awareness & engagement.
- Translate brand values into everyday content, ensuring consistency across PR, social media, website, and packaging.
-Social Media & Content
- Own the brand’s presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Plan monthly social calendars, launch campaigns, and trend-jack relevant conversations.
- Collaborate with influencers, UGC creators, and agencies to amplify reach.
- Track, analyze, and optimize content performance (engagement, follower growth, reach, CTR).
-PR & Communication
- Build strong media relations with lifestyle, beauty, wellness, and startup publications.
- Draft press releases, founder stories, and secure coverage in top-tier outlets.
- Position FemiSafe as a thought leader in the D2C/wellness space via PR campaigns & events.
-Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 (designers, content writers, social media executives, PR interns).
- Allocate tasks, set performance goals, and create a high-energy, creative-first culture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams.
-Performance & Growth
- Measure ROI of brand campaigns (engagement, share of voice, PR value).
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep FemiSafe ahead of the curve.
- Drive community growth, customer love, and recall for FemiSafe as an aspirational D2C brand.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in brand communications, PR, or social media, preferably in D2C, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer ecosystem, and pop culture.
- Hands-on experience leading campaigns end-to-end.
- Prior experience managing/mentoring small teams.
- A storyteller at heart: excellent writing, creative thinking, and design sensibility.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
