About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative, execution-driven Social Media Manager who can lead both content creation and digital innovation for a fast-growing chain of dental clinics across Bangalore. This role requires a strong on-ground presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to build a powerful AI-enabled digital footprint for the brand.

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Understanding & Alignment
* Develop a deep understanding of the brand’s vision, mission, tone, and positioning across:
* Kids’ dental segment (fun, sensory-friendly, inclusive)
* Adult dental segment (trust, expertise, transformation)
* Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines:
* Color palette
* Messaging frameworks
* Visual identity

2. Content Strategy & Creation
* Plan and execute 4–5 high-quality content pieces per week per brand (Kids + Adult).
* Ensure all content is:
* Educational and value-driven
* Aligned with trends, viral formats, and trending audio
* Optimized for engagement, reach, and saves
* Create and manage:
* Reels, short-form videos, carousel posts, and stories
* Maintain a structured monthly content calendar.

3. On-Ground Content Production (Clinics & Camps)
* Visit clinics regularly to:
* Capture patient journeys, treatments, and behind-the-scenes content
* Shoot doctor-led educational videos
* Actively participate in outdoor dental camps, including:
* Coordinating with internal teams for smooth execution
* Being present during camps to capture real-time content
* Shooting videos and photos of activities, patient interactions, and impact stories
* Ensure all on-ground content is:
* Properly documented
* Edited and published in a timely manner
* Aligned with brand storytelling and campaign goals

* Manage and grow brand presence across:
* Instagram

* Regular updates
* Review management
