Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and clients.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, accounts, and other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain customer databases, records, and communication details accurately.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports using MS Excel.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, deliveries, and feedback.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support business relationship development.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and complaint resolutions.
- Assist in generating MIS reports and sales coordination activities.
- Support customer retention and relationship-building initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, customer support, or customer relationship management.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel is required.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or sales coordination operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
