Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive with a strong background in e-commerce / retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience and hold Degree. This role requires expertise in managing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Operations:
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including order and inventory management, logistics coordination.
- Manage the integration and performance of e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure promotional activities and updates are accurately reflected online.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and operational KPIs, to optimize performance.
- Retail Operations:
- Coordinate and streamline retail store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Manage stock replenishment, returns, and exchanges, ensuring inventory accuracy across channels.
- Support store teams with operational guidance, training, and tools for enhanced productivity.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for e-commerce and retail operations.
- Lead initiatives to integrate new technologies or systems to improve workflow and customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Any degree.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce / retail operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment processes.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and retail management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and retail operations.
