The Business Development Coordinator will support the business development team in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth initiatives. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed business plans to facilitate company growth and expansion into new markets.
- Identify and qualify new business leads and potential partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate outreach activities such as emails, calls, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and client information.
- Assist in the creation of client proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.
- Support the preparation and follow-up on Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other procurement opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and partners, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Facilitate regular communication with existing and prospective clients to foster ongoing business relationships.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments for the business development team.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline updates, and market trends.
- Assist in organizing business development events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment in business strategies.
- Communicate client feedback and market insights to relevant teams to help refine services and offerings.
