JOB DESCRIPTION:
Generate new business through field visits and customer meetings.
Identify and develop new dealers, contractors, and industrial customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Conduct product presentations and explain technical features and benefits to customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Regularly visit customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-up.
Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports, and CRM records.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities whenever required.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
