- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and campus hiring.
- Screen applications and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate interview panels and maintain interview records in candidate data bank
- Issue offer cum appointment letters for the applicable roles
- Ensure recruitment TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Maintain manpower budget and recruitment tracker.
- Ensure vacancy closure within approved timelines.
Employee Onboarding
- Complete joining formalities.
- Collect and verify employee documentation.
- Create employee master records.
- Issue employee code.
- Ensure smooth induction handover to HR Operations Executive.
Employee Records Management
- Maintain employee personal files.
- Maintain digital employee database.
- Update promotions, transfers, resignations, and confirmations.
- Maintain probation confirmation tracker.
- Ensure 100% documentation compliance.
Rewards & Recognition Program
- Conduct monthly or quarterly R&R programs.
- Coordinate nominations and evaluations.
- Publish winners during the first week of every month.
- Maintain R&R dashboard.
- Conduct & Measure employee engagement impact.
Employee Engagement
- Conduct employee feedback surveys.
- Organize engagement activities.
- Coordinate celebrations and welfare activities.
- Improve employee retention.
Employee Induction Program
- Conduct induction for all new employees.
