We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Manager – Sales & Operations to lead admissions, coordinator performance, training, and operational excellence across different location. The role requires a strong leader who can drive enrollment growth, manage regional teams, optimize processes, and ensure seamless execution of academic and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Coordinators across multiple regions, ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Set admissions targets, monitor conversion pipelines, and drive enrollment growth through effective sales strategies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning for coordinators.
- Design and deliver training programs focused on product knowledge, communication skills, sales effectiveness, and operational excellence.
- Monitor day-to-day operations, student onboarding, parent interactions, academic coordination, and reporting compliance.
- Analyze admissions data, conversion metrics, retention trends, and operational performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare MIS reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for leadership review.
- Resolve escalations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional parent and student experiences.
- Develop and implement SOPs, operational frameworks, and scalable processes to support business growth.
- Support expansion initiatives, market penetration strategies, and achievement of annual business targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Sales, Education Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Educational Operations, Business Operations, or Team Management.
- Proven experience in admissions, lead conversion, target achievement, and team leadership.
- Strong analytical, communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage distributed teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
