Telecalling Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Sales Executive to generate leads, engage potential customers, and support sales activities for our construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, explaining project details, scheduling site visits, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and leads.
- Introduce and explain construction projects, services, and offers.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings/site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate project information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (construction/real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
