Role Overview
As an Architect at Archirace Studio, you will be responsible for leading projects from conceptual design through technical development and execution support.
You will collaborate with clients, senior designers, consultants, and visualization teams to deliver exceptional architectural solutions that align with design intent, technical feasibility, and project timelines.
This role demands strong design capability, technical proficiency, execution awareness, and a passion for creating outstanding built environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and design solutions
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed layouts
- Lead space planning and design development
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and external consultants
- Prepare working drawings and execution details
- Participate in client presentations and design discussions
- Conduct site visits and coordinate execution requirements
- Resolve design and technical challenges during project development
- Collaborate with 3D visualization teams for design communication
- Ensure design accuracy and compliance with project standards
- Monitor timelines and deliverables across assigned projects
Required Technical Expertise
Candidates must demonstrate strong proficiency in:
- Architectural planning and design development
- Working drawings and technical detailing
- Residential design standards
- Building bye-laws and practical construction understanding
- Material application and detailing
- Design documentation
- Site coordination fundamentals
- Spatial planning and design problem-solving
Software Proficiency Required
Expert working knowledge of:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Adobe Photoshop
Strong preference for candidates proficient in
Bonus skills:
- Presentation rendering
- BOQ understanding
Experience Required
- 2–10 years of professional experience in architecture/interior design
- Experience in luxury residential or premium design projects preferred
- Proven project handling capability
Portfolio submission is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Registration with relevant professional body (preferred)
- Experience working with architecture/interior design studios
