- SAP Transactions & Inventory Management
- Process GRN (Goods Receipt Note) for inward materials and record Goods Issue (GI) for outward finished goods in SAP.
- Update stock movements, stock reconciliation, and daily inventory reports (MIS) accurately.
- Dispatch Planning & Execution
- Plan daily/weekly dispatches based on sales orders, customer delivery schedules, and availability.
- Coordinate vehicle placement, truck loading, and carrier allocation with logistics vendors.
- Statutory & Shipping Documentation
- Generate and manage tax invoices, delivery challans, and E-Way Bills to ensure seamless transit compliance under tax laws.
- Maintain logs of Lorry Receipts (LR), Proof of Delivery (POD), and gate passes.
- Stakeholder Coordination (Sales & ASM)
- Align daily dispatch priorities with the ASM (Area Sales Managers) or sales team regarding urgent customer orders, priority accounts, or delivery constraints.
- Resolve dispatch, billing, or transit delays proactively by communicating with regional sales leads.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
