Production Management:
Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities in the Coil and System Tubing Shop.
Ensure timely and quality production of coils, tubing assemblies, and related components.
Technical Oversight:
Understand the process requirement of System tubing shop.
Maintain process documentation, work instructions, and SOPs.
Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions.
Quality Control:
Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality requirements.
Conduct inspections and tests on products before supply to assembly lines.
Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team.
IMS, Safety audits.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and train operators.
Allocate manpower efficiently and monitor performance.
Promote a safe and productive work environment.
Maintenance & Safety:
Ensure proper maintenance of machinery, tools, and equipment.
Enforce safety protocols and compliance with health & safety regulations.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Implement lean manufacturing, cost-saving initiatives, and best practices.
