Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control system faults.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per maintenance schedules.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Test HVAC systems for proper operation and efficiency.
- Replace defective components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, valves, and filters.
- Recharge refrigerants and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate service reports and maintenance records.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service requests.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and clients to complete maintenance activities efficiently.
Pay: ₹9,534.45 - ₹41,272.58 per month
