Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources function. The role involves assisting with recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement activities. Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and recruitment coordination.
- Support onboarding, induction, and employee joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment and onboarding records.
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, attendance, and leave data.
- Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and maintain accurate employee information.
Employee Engagement & Support
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Respond to employee queries and support the implementation of HR policies and processes.
Desired Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Freshers or candidates of HR/administrative experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
