Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Park Operations Manager to oversee the overall management and smooth functioning of the park. The role includes administration, maintenance, staff management, and ensuring a high-quality visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day park operations including ticket counter, cafeteria, guest house, and administrative block
- Supervise and manage all staff (operations, maintenance, housekeeping, security, etc.)
- Ensure proper upkeep of landscaping, cleanliness, and infrastructure
- Monitor ticketing, parking, and revenue collection systems
- Maintain discipline, duty rosters, and staff performance
- Handle visitor queries and ensure excellent customer service
- Coordinate events, tourism activities, and promotions
- Maintain daily reports, records, and operational data
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and government guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Hospitality / Management preferred)
- 5–12 years of experience in operations, hospitality, tourism, or facility management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting, billing)
- Experience in park/resort/tourism management will be an advantage
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
