Job Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end coordination of logistics, customer servicing, documentation, and inter-departmental communication to ensure smooth movement of chemical products and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison with Suppliers, Marketing, Finance, Purchase, Banks, CHA, Transporters, Insurance, Surveyors, Customs Authorities, and Storage Tank Providers.
- Manage daily outbound movement of 40+ vehicles and coordinate with multiple transporters.
- Coordinate with brokers and direct customers for order execution and timely dispatch.
- Ensure smooth inward material clearance in coordination with Import, Accounts, and Purchase teams.
- Issue dispatch documents (Invoice, Delivery Challan, E-Way Bill)
- Negotiate freight rates and provide cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Maintain dispatch reports, stock reconciliation, and MIS reporting.
- Handle customer queries and ensure strong relationship management.
