- Front Desk Management: Welcome and direct guests, provide basic information, and maintain a tidy, professional reception area.
- Communications: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, while taking accurate messages and responding to general emails.
- Administrative Support: Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and managing correspondence.
- Security & Access Control: Monitor visitor logs, issue badges, and enforce front-office safety protocols.
- Mail & Logistics: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and coordinate courier pickups.
- Scheduling: Coordinate calendars, book meeting rooms, and assist with scheduling appointments or interviews.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor front-office supply levels and order replacements as needed.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong, welcoming customer service attitude.
- Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of office equipment and software, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professionalism: A polished, professional demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
