Job Description:
NS Craft India is looking for energetic and confident Tele Calling Sales Executives to handle customer inquiries and generate sales through calls and WhatsApp communication.
Responsibilities:
- Call customers and explain products/services
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Generate sales and follow up with leads
- Maintain customer database and daily reports
- Coordinate with sales and dispatch team
- Build long-term customer relationships
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi/Punjabi
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer
- Sales experience preferred
- Positive attitude and confidence in talking with customers
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: ₹12,000/month
