Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Social Media Intern to join our team. In this role, you will help plan, design, and create engaging social media content across multiple platforms. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone looking to build their portfolio and gain hands-on experience in visual content creation and digital media marketing.
Work Hours:
- Schedule: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
- Location: Remote / Work from Home
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visual content, including graphics, banners, and promotional posts, for various social media platforms.
- Edit short-form and long-form video content (e.g., Reels, Shorts, TikToks, promotional videos).
- Leverage design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and InShot (along with other media editing platforms) to deliver high-quality visual assets.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining a content calendar to ensure consistent posting across platforms.
- Stay updated on current social media trends, viral formats, and design practices to keep content fresh and engaging.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Hands-on proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, InShot, or similar graphic and video editing software.
- Basic understanding of popular social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Strong eye for aesthetics, layout design, and creative storytelling.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively during work hours (12:00 PM – 5:00 PM), and meet deadlines.
- Reliable internet connection and access to your own editing devices/software.
