Job Title: HR Executive

Role Overview :
We are seeking an immediate joiner with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the hospitality or retail sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, with a focus on staff grievances, attendance management, and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for all outlets, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to conducting seamless onboarding for new hires.
Employee Grievances: Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns. Address and resolve staff grievances promptly and effectively to maintain a harmonious work environment.
Attendance & Payroll Support: Manage and monitor employee attendance, leave records, and overtime. Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and sz salary processing.
HR Operations: Support the smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures across the group.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience : Minimum 3+ years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
Skills : Strong knowledge of attendance management, grievance handling, and recruitment strategies.
Languages : Proficiency in Tamil, English and Hindi.
Other: Immediate joiners are highly preferred. Candidates based in or willing to relocate to the specified locations are encouraged to apply.
