About the Role:
Gridwave Energy Pvt Ltd is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to support client communication, lead management, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage inquiries and follow-ups professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
- Maintain and update lead databases, client records, and follow-up trackers.
- Coordinate meetings and discussions between clients and the business development team.
- Provide timely responses to customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist in lead generation and business development activities.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to inquiries, leads, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requirements.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Requirements:
- Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, BCA, MBA, or equivalent).
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, lead generation, sales support, client coordination, or a related role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in telecalling, customer relationship management, or lead generation.
- Experience handling customer queries and follow-ups.
