About the Role
Sai Infra Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Field Engineers to join our Telecom team. The selected candidates will be responsible for executing telecom infrastructure projects by conducting site visits, supporting telecom tower installations, ensuring TS visibility, coordinating material transportation, and maintaining project documentation for operators.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site visits for telecom infrastructure projects.
Perform TS (Tower Site) Visibility surveys and site feasibility checks.
Coordinate the transportation and delivery of materials to project sites.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of telecom equipment and tower infrastructure.
Ensure installation work is completed as per project specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Monitor site progress and submit daily work reports.
Maintain records of site activities, materials, and installation status.
Follow all safety guidelines and company SOPs while working at telecom sites.
Resolve basic site-related issues and escalate technical concerns when required.
Qualification
- Diploma from Electricals or Electronics (Preferred)
- Or Any Graduate
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of telecom tower installation and field operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
Ability to work in outdoor and field environments.
Strong problem-solving and learning attitude.
Teamwork and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
Understanding of telecom infrastructure and tower installation.
Knowledge of BSNL, Airtel, Jio, or other telecom operator projects.
Familiarity with installation procedures and safety standards.
