ABOUT THE ROLE
Uffizio is a global fleet telematics SaaS company powering 700+ partner accounts across 100+ countries through its white-label platform, Trakzee. We're hiring a Business Development Executive who will be on the ground — visiting markets, meeting potential buyers, gathering data, and onboarding them onto our marketplace ecosystem.
This is a fully travel-based, fresher-friendly role. You'll spend most of your time in the field rather than at a desk — ideal for someone energetic, curious, and comfortable meeting new people every day.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Travel extensively across assigned territories to identify and meet potential buyers/dealers for Uffizio's marketplace
- Conduct on-ground market surveys to gather data on local fleet/GPS/telematics businesses, buyer needs, and competitor presence
- Pitch and onboard qualified buyers onto Uffizio's marketplace platform
- Maintain accurate records of leads, survey data, and onboarding status in HubSpot CRM
- Build early-stage relationships with prospective partners and explain Uffizio's value proposition (Trakzee platform, white-label model, support ecosystem)
- Report daily/weekly field activity, survey findings, and pipeline updates to your Team Lead
- Coordinate with the Sales & Customer Success team for handoff of onboarded buyers
- Represent Uffizio professionally in every customer-facing interaction
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Fresher or up to 1 year experience — any graduate (Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred)
- Willing and able to travel extensively (this is a field-first, not desk-first, role)
- Comfortable with cold approaches — walking into new markets and starting conversations
- Basic data collection and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language a plus depending on territory)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with minimal supervision while on the road
- Two-wheeler/willingness to travel locally; valid driving license preferred
