Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective and current students in making informed educational and career decisions. The ideal candidate will provide counseling, support enrollment processes, and ensure a positive student experience.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on academic programs, career paths, and course selection
Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Assist students with admissions and enrollment procedures
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups
Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents
Coordinate with faculty and administrative staff for student support
Conduct orientation sessions and informational seminars
Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to institutional growth
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
Proven experience in academic counseling, admissions, or student services (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
Age criteria - above 30 years
Experience 2 years

Multilingual communication ability (especially English + local language)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
