We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualiser with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the interior design industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong visualization skills, a keen eye for design aesthetics, materiality, lighting, and spatial planning, and be capable of creating highly realistic renderings that accurately communicate design intent to clients and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for residential, commercial, hospitality, and workplace interior projects.
- Translate design concepts, sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings into compelling visual presentations.
- Create interior and exterior visualizations, walkthroughs, and animations as required.
- Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and landscaping elements to enhance visual output.
- Collaborate closely with Interior Designers, Architects, and Project Managers to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Produce presentation-ready images for client meetings, marketing materials, and social media content.
- Modify and update visualizations based on design revisions and client feedback.
- Maintain organized project files, libraries, and rendering assets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, rendering techniques, and emerging visualization technologies.
Software Proficiency (Mandatory)
The candidate should be proficient in the following software:
- Autodesk 3ds Max
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer
- SketchUp
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Photoshop
- Lumion
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and detailing.
- Excellent visualization and composition skills.
- Ability to create highly realistic renders with attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of camera angles, perspectives, color balance, and post-production techniques.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
