Position: Full Stack Trainer
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Trainer to join Techcake and help students become industry-ready developers through practical, hands-on training.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in both frontend and backend development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor students with real-world projects and career guidance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on Full Stack Development concepts and technologies.
- Train students in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React.js, or Angular.
- Train students in backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Python, PHP, or Java.
- Teach database management using MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Guide students in API development and integration.
- Provide hands-on practical sessions, assignments, and mini projects.
- Support students in developing real-time projects and portfolio building.
- Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and technical evaluations.
- Assist students in debugging, coding standards, and best practices.
- Prepare training materials, notes, and recorded sessions when required.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Prior training/mentoring/teaching experience is a plus
Pay: ₹180,000.42 - ₹376,828.42 per year
