Job Title: HR & Admin
Experience: Min. 2.5 - 4 Years
Location: Chhata, UP
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records, support payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
- Oversee daily factory administrative activities including documentation, record-keeping, and coordination between departments.
- Monitor and manage attendance, leave records, shift rosters, overtime, and statutory registers.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, company guidelines, performance management and appraisal processes
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, supporting disciplinary processes, and promoting a positive, professional workplace culture and staff welfare initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors and external agencies when required.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate in Human Resources / Commerce / Administration or a related discipline
- Min. 1 years of experience in payroll, attendance management and employee engagement.
- Working knowledge of payroll coordination, HR documentation, attendance systems, and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and good communication abilities.
