- Maintain and improve the QMS in line with API Q1, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other applicable standards.
- Handle API audits, customer audits, surveillance audits, and compliance documentation.

- Monitor departmental objectives, quality objectives, and KPI performance.
- Conduct Management Review Meetings (MRM), prepare MIS reports, and follow up on action items.

- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Oil & Gas environments.
- Experience with API Q1 standards and QMS implementation.
- Internal Auditor Certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality systems, audit processes, and compliance documentation.
- Familiarity with QMS procedures, manual formats, and audit documentation requirements.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
- Exposure to API 5B, API 7-1, API 7-2, or premium threading standards.
- Experience in supplier quality management and vendor qualification processes.
- Knowledge of manufacturing quality tools and continual improvement methodologies.
- Experience in handling customer audits and certification audits independently.
Experience: 5–7 years minimum
Educational Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
