Job Description – Billing Staff

Location: Palarivattam
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹18,000
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing invoices, delivery challans, and credit notes.
- Coordinating with warehouse team for order dispatch.
- Maintaining daily sales and billing records.
- Ensuring accuracy in rate, quantity, batch, and GST details.
- Handling customer queries related to billing.
- Supporting accounts team with basic documentation.
- Updating stock entries in the system when required.
Requirements
- Qualification: Plus Two / Degree.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software).
- Experience in billing preferred; freshers can also apply.
- Must be accurate, responsible, and quick in handling data.
- Good communication skills.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
