Business Development Executive (BDE) / Academic CounselorPosition Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team at Grow4Ed, a leading EdTech company specializing in providing high-quality professional education programs including US CPA, US CMA, EA (Enrolled Agent), UK ACCA, Online MBA, and Online M.Com.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and convincing skills, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a BDE, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the course selection process and helping them achieve their academic and professional goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesCourse Consultation
- Engage with prospective students through various channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, chat, and virtual meetings) to understand their educational and career aspirations.
- Provide detailed information about our US CPA, US CMA, EA, UK ACCA, Online MBA, and Online M.Com programs, highlighting their features, benefits, career opportunities, and eligibility.
Needs Assessment
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify the most suitable course(s) based on each student's educational background, career objectives, work experience, and interests.
Sales & Enrollment
- Effectively communicate the value of Grow4Ed's programs.
- Guide prospective students through the complete admission and enrollment process.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Contribute to the company's revenue growth through quality enrollments.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and enrolled students.
- Address student queries, concerns, and objections professionally and promptly.
- Ensure a positive student experience throughout the admission journey.
Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on the latest developments in:
- US CPA
- US CMA
- EA (Enrolled Agent)
- UK ACCA
- Online MBA
- Online M.Com
- Clearly articulate Grow4Ed's unique value proposition compared to competitors.
CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of all student interactions in the CRM.
- Update lead status, follow-up schedules, and enrollment progress regularly.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Content teams to develop effective sales campaigns, presentations, webinars, and promotional materials.
Market Research
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, student feedback, and market demand.
- Share insights to improve sales strategies, course offerings, and customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or candidates currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Education, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in EdTech or educational sales will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with US CPA, US CMA, EA, UK ACCA, Online MBA, or Online M.Com programs is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business requirements.
