Job Title: HR Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic and Immediate Joiner - HR Manager to oversee recruitment, team management, employee relations, payroll, and compliance with labour laws. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Develop hiring strategies to attract quality talent
- Bulk recruitment experience
- Team Handling & Management
- Lead and manage the HR team effectively
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely task completion
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members
- Grievance Handling
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a healthy and positive work environment
- Ensure proper documentation and resolution of cases
- Labour Law Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations
- Handle audits, documentation, and legal requirements
- Stay updated with changes in labour laws
- Payroll Management
- Oversee payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with accounts for salary disbursement, deductions, and compliance
- Manage attendance, leave records, and statutory benefits
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality
- Hands-on experience in payroll and HR operations
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant HR experience (with managerial exposure preferred)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
