Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Associate you would be responsible for engaging with warm leads (students and parents) interested in education loans. You will act as a trusted financial counsellor, guiding them through the entire loan journey - from initial inquiry to application completion ensuring exceptional customer experience and achieving key conversion goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Outreach and Counselling
- Make high-volume outbound calls to students and parents who have shown interest in education loans via various channels.
- Clearly and empathetically explaining the process, eligibility and benefits of various education loan products.
- Act as a financial counsellor, advising students and parents on necessary documentation and detailed application steps.
- Handle inbound queries from students and parents, efficiently addressing concerns, clarifying requirements and solving roadblocks.
2. Goal Achievement and Conversion
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly outreach and conversion targets (loan application submission and sanction).
- Maintain a strong, goal-oriented mindset focused on moving leads successfully through the sales and application funnel.
3. Process Management and Coordination
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, leads and follow-ups in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the Counselling and Operations team to ensure a smooth, end-to-end loan processing experience for the customer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in any stream.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in customer support or similar role with an overseas educational company is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills with an ability to connect with students and parents empathetically and build trust quickly.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
