Requirements:
- Minimum 2yrs years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Hospitality qualification is an added advantage.
