Job Title: Digital Community & Social Media Executive

We are looking for an energetic and creative Digital Community & Social Media Executive to manage our online presence, build communities and engage with customers across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage company pages on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Create, schedule and publish daily posts, reels, stories and updates.
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor trends and suggest content ideas to increase engagement.
WhatsApp Marketing
- Build and manage WhatsApp Communities and WhatsApp Channels.
- Create and send promotional broadcasts and product updates.
- Grow subscriber and community databases organically.
- Maintain customer segmentation and contact lists.
Customer Engagement
- Respond promptly to customer queries received through:
- WhatsApp
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- Website enquiries
- Guide customers regarding products, pricing and order processes.
- Escalate important leads and customer issues to the sales team.
Community Building
Analytics & Reporting
Desired Skills
- Good written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp Business.
- Understanding of Canva, Meta Business Suite and social media tools.
- Creative thinking and content planning skills.
- Strong communication and customer handling abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing or Community Management.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong social media knowledge may also apply.
