Rais Career Campus Aviation Academy is looking for a Telecaller / Admission Support Executive to handle student enquiries, follow up on leads, and support the admissions team in converting prospective candidates.
This role is suitable for freshers as well as experienced professionals with strong communication and convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from enquiry leads
- Explain available courses, fee structure, career opportunities, and admission procedures
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates and convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain accurate daily call logs and lead status updates
- Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team
- Achieve weekly and monthly target goals
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented and performance-driven approach
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM / Google Sheets)
