Position :- Senior FEA Engineer
Responsibilities
Perform structural analysis using Ansys to assess stress, deformation, fatigue, and thermal effects on pump components and systems.
Perform static steady state / transient, modal, shock, and fatigue analyses for pump components such as impellers, rotors, casings, etc.
Analyse results for stress, strain, displacement, modes, etc. and conclude on pump reliability.
Work with CAD, mechanical design, and testing teams to iterate on designs to meet cost and safety requirements.
Prepare final reports, formal documentation, and presentation materials summarizing analysis results and presenting results internally and to clients.
Desirable Skills
High proficiency in ANSYS Mechanical.
Strong understanding of stress analysis, fatigue theory, rotor dynamics, and thermal management.
Knowledge of CAD tools Preferrable PTC Creo
Self-motivated and effective working independently on complex technical problems with minimal supervision
Academic Qualifications B.E /M E (Mechanical Eng.)
Experience Profile 5 to 7 years or more of relevant experience.
Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
