Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting clients and advertising agencies to generate business and secure bookings for our outdoor advertising inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clients and advertising agencies to pitch available outdoor ad spaces
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable ad locations/formats
- Negotiate rates and close bookings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain records of client meetings, follow-ups, and bookings
- Coordinate with the operations team for site availability and campaign execution
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (advertising/media industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for client and agency visits
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Two-wheeler/vehicle preferred for local travel
- Bachelor's degree in any field
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
