This role is for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who has a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle. The primary responsibilities include guiding the team on the technical model and the overall solution, and acting as a liaison between Architecture, Product, and Technology teams.

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

Experience: 8+ years of hands-on software development, with a strong focus on end-to-end solution development, driving scalable, high-performance systems

AI/ML: Extensive experience building machine learning models, data pipelines, and deploying AI/ML-driven products, with practical knowledge of algorithms and optimization

Skills: Expert in modern programming languages (Java, Python, C++), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and AI/ML integration into production-grade applications

Solution Development: Proven track record of designing and delivering innovative, enterprise-level solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements, including AI-powered features

Tools: Advanced proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and modern testing methodologies

Soft Skills: Proven exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating across teams to solve complex technical challenges
