We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Calling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls, handling customer queries, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Convince customers and schedule meetings/demo appointments
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams
- Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information
- Prepare daily reports on calls and lead status
- Maintain proper follow-up with interested clients
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and customer handling ability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Prior telecalling/BPO experience will be an added advantage
