Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Office No. 321, 3rd Floor, Bramhacorp Business Park, New Kalyani Nagar, Digambar Nagar, Wadgaon Sheri, Pune, Maharashtra – 411014
Experience Required: 6 months – 2 year in BPO / Sales / International Voice Process
Salary Package: 10% to 30% hike on the last CTC + Attractive Incentives (based on performance)
Working Days: 5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Shift Timing: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Work Mode: Work From Office (Compulsory)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in the UK/US market
- Handle outbound calls professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with UK/US clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Achieve monthly targets including lead generation and conversions
- Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Relevant experience in the required field
- Experience in international calling (UK/US process preferred)
- Good understanding of B2B sales and lead generation
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Immediate joiners preferred
