Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Ice Cream Scooper / Server / Parlor Crew Member to join our team at Baskin Robbins. The candidate will be responsible for customer service, ice cream serving, counter handling, cleanliness, and supporting daily store operations.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and assist them with menu selection.
- Scoop and serve ice creams, sundaes, shakes, beverages, and desserts as per standards.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of counters, tables, equipment, and work areas.
- Refill stock and monitor product availability.
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Support opening and closing activities of the outlet.
- Maintain grooming, uniform, and professional behavior at work.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Follow company policies and customer service standards.
Requirements:
- Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply(Hospitality Background)
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and team player mindset.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
