Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Oprations & HR Assistant to support daily operational activities and HR functions at our Head Office. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and administrative skilss and be able to coordinate effectively with different departments.
Qualification
- MBA in Human Resources,HR & Marketing, HR & Finance, or a related specialization.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, Operations, or an administrative role.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Support day-to-day operational activities.
- coordinate with stores and internal departments.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain inventory, asset, and office administration records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies nd procedures.
Human Resources
- Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance and leave management.
- Prepare HR-related letters and employee documents.
- Coordinate employee joining, induction, and exit formalities.
- Assist with employee engagement and training activities
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,Powerpoint).
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and operations.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Willingness to travel to stores when required.
