AutismCOE is a fast-growing multi-state Autism Therapy clinic business with locations across North Carolina, Maryland, and Virginia. We help families access life-changing autism therapy while building a scalable healthcare services business.
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own day-to-day marketing operations for AutismCOE. You'll lead a 5–6 person team (5 in-house along with freelance developers), work directly with the founder, and drive measurable growth across SEO, content, paid, creative, and CRM.
This is not a strategy-only role. You'll set direction and stay close to the work — reviewing SEO briefs, approving creative, jumping into ad accounts when needed. If you've graduated from execution, this isn't your role.
What You'll Own
- Team leadership — Manage the marketing team: SEO lead + report, creative/video, growth, and freelance web developers. Set weekly priorities, run performance reviews, coach and develop.
- Multi-location SEO — Oversee organic strategy across 12+ clinic locations. Local pack rankings, GBP performance, citation health, review velocity.
- Paid media — Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads spend across locations. Own CAC, CPL, and ROAS by market.
- Content & creative — Direct the content calendar, brief the creative team, ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- CRM oversight (Zoho CRM) — Partner with sales and operations on Zoho CRM to ensure marketing-to-sales handoff, campaign attribution, and lead reporting are working. You won't run day-to-day CRM operations, but you'll own the marketing view into the funnel and hold the line on data quality.
- Website & optimization — Direct freelance web developers on site improvements, landing pages, CRO tests, technical SEO fixes, and page speed. Own the roadmap; the developers execute.
- Reporting — Deliver a weekly marketing scorecard to the founder with clear numbers: leads by location, cost per lead, conversion rates, organic growth, ad performance, funnel metrics.
- AI search / AEO / GEO — Stay ahead of how AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity are changing healthcare search. We're investing here early.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 5–8 years of digital marketing experience with at solid 2-3 years managing a team and overall delivery
- Proven track record scaling SEO for a multi-location or service business
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GSC, and modern SEO tools
- Comfortable working with a CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to track leads, campaigns, and funnel performance
- Comfortable directing web developers and reviewing technical work (you don't need to code, but you need to know what to ask for)
- Strong analytical mindset — can build a scorecard, defend a number, kill a losing channel
- Experience managing offshore or distributed teams
- Direct, honest communication style — comfortable pushing back and defending decisions
Strongly preferred:
- Healthcare, medical, therapy, education, or other YMYL/regulated industry experience
- Multi-location or multi-unit service business experience
- US market experience
Familiarity with AEO/GEO and AI search optimization
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
- Manage and optimize Indeed Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns
- Create high-performing ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies
- Continuously improve CPL, CTR, and conversion rates
- Align hiring and intake campaigns with real-time business needs
Nice to have:
- CRO / landing page optimization background
- Experience marketing a scale-up business
- Marketing automation and email nurture flow design
How Success Is Measured (First 12 Months)
- Team performing at or above baseline within 60 days
- Weekly scorecard operational within 30 days
- Cost per qualified intake reduced by 20% by month 6
- Successfully launch marketing playbook for at least 2 new clinic locations
Compensation
Competitive base + performance bonus tied to marketing scorecard outcomes. Comp reflects experience and location.

- Shift: US Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Work Mode: In-office (Mohali – Sector 74, Punjab)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
